Plain-language terms for the 45-day rekap Founding Pilot.
Scope
rekap provides a baseline review, customer-cadence analysis, prioritized follow-up list, and manual quality review of high-priority pilot flags.
Price
The Founding Offer is $49 for 45 days, with no setup fee and no automatic renewal. The standard ongoing price after the offer is $199/month if the client chooses to continue, and continued service requires separately confirmed terms.
Data transfer
Customer data is not collected through the public intake or fit-check forms. Qualified clients receive separate transfer instructions.
Retention
Raw source exports are deleted after successful processing and validation unless continued retention is separately agreed. Remaining client working files are deleted when the service relationship ends unless earlier deletion is requested.
Data minimization
Do not send payment-card data, banking information, passwords, government identifiers, medical or clinical notes, or unrelated sensitive customer notes.
Limitations
rekap identifies patterns and prioritizes potential retention opportunities based on supplied data. It does not guarantee that any customer will return, book, purchase, or generate a specific amount of revenue.
Client outreach
The client decides whether and how to contact customers and is responsible for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, and communications rules.
Confidentiality
Client-provided customer records and business information are treated as confidential and access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to perform the service.
Public use
Customer-identifiable data will not be used publicly. Business name, logo, testimonials, screenshots, or client-specific results require separate permission.
